Visiting IAAF World Champinships, Daegu

The team visited the IAAF World Championships in Daegu, South Korea the last couple of days of the event. The major anti-doping issue of this event was the new blood sample collecting procedure prior and during the games. It was the first time all participating athletes in an event had to undertake a blood sample procedure.

We visited the temporarily installed blood laboratory in the athletes village as well as the doping control station in the Daegu Stadium and made interviews with the directors of the two laboratories, Mr Saugy and Mr Dollé

We collected material from the competition as well as conducted interviews with visitors outside of the arena.
